This notice explains how Whispering Willow Moon uses booking, account and communication information when you use this website.

Whispering Willow Moon, operated by Nicki Roney in Liverpool, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. If you have a privacy question or want to exercise a data-protection right, email bookings@whisperingwillowmoon.com.
When you reserve a class, I collect your name, email address, selected class dates, booking status, cash-on-arrival payment status and any marketing preference you choose. If you create an account, I also store your account details and a securely hashed password. I do not store your password in readable form. I may also receive the basic information you send when you contact me directly.
I use booking information to reserve places, manage capacity or waiting lists, send booking, cancellation and class-cancellation emails, and help you manage a guest booking or account. I use a separate opt-in preference for marketing emails about Whispering Willow Moon. I do not use booking confirmations as marketing consent.
The site uses essential cookies or local storage where needed for secure account, booking and preference functions. Optional analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the privacy notice. You can change that choice at any time below. The site may also use a short-lived security or session cookie when you sign in or manage a booking.
I use carefully selected service providers to host the website and database, deliver emails from bookings@whisperingwillowmoon.com, and provide optional website analytics when you allow it. They only receive information needed to provide their service and may be required to protect it under their own contractual and legal obligations.
I keep booking, account and communication records only for as long as I need them to manage sessions, answer questions, meet record-keeping obligations and resolve issues. I review information periodically and will delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Marketing is optional. I will send marketing campaigns only to people who actively opt in. Every campaign includes a simple unsubscribe link, and you can also contact me at bookings@whisperingwillowmoon.com to update your preference.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for a copy of your information, ask for an inaccuracy to be corrected, object to or restrict certain use, or ask for deletion. Please contact me first so I can help. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
I may update this notice when the website, booking service or data handling changes. The “last updated” date below shows when it was last reviewed.
