About Nicola
I create room to pause, notice and connect.
I’m Nicola, the person behind Whispering Willow Moon. I love creating gentle, welcoming experiences that make space for rest, connection and everyday wellbeing—whether that is a quiet sound bath, a calm moment with a new baby, an outdoor sensory adventure or a mindful school session.
Rooted in Liverpool and shaped by my love of sound, nature and meaningful connection, my approach is welcoming, choice-led and grounded in care. I believe small pauses can make room to breathe, notice and enjoy being present.
I share practical information openly here so you can decide whether an experience feels right for you, your family or your school before you message me.
I found a pause in the middle of a very full life.
There is a very personal reason I found my way into sound baths. I know what it can feel like when your own needs quietly move to the bottom of a very long list.

As a mum of five, including neurodiverse children, making time for myself has never come naturally. So much energy, time and attention can be directed towards the people you love that your own wellbeing can quietly move further and further down the list.
Living with an autoimmune condition has also made me more attentive to my health and to what my body is asking for. For a long time, I was simply getting through each day. I had not created much room to stop, reflect or ask what I needed.
Sound baths became a space where I could pause, breathe and simply be.
I had always loved the experience of bowls, tuning forks and chimes. The gentle vibrations and the feeling of being surrounded by a calmer atmosphere gave me some precious headspace away from the noise of everyday life.
What that space made possible
A small pause helped me make room for bigger choices.
That headspace became an important part of a wider personal wellbeing journey. I began paying more attention to my health, made meaningful changes to my lifestyle and started to think more consciously about what I needed—not only for me, but for my family too.
My story is my own. I do not present sound baths as a treatment or a guarantee. I share them as one gentle, supportive way to make a little room within everyday life for rest, reflection and connection.
When I feel more resourced, I have more to give to the people I love. That belief now sits at the heart of the spaces I create for adults, parents, babies, children and families.

Connection matters
I believe wellbeing is also about the people we share life with.
My background in child development, learning and SEND sits naturally alongside my love of sound. I care about creating spaces where people can connect, explore and feel safe enough to pause.
Whether it is a parent bonding with their baby, a child exploring sound, an adult taking a moment for themselves or a family sharing something meaningful together, I want each experience to feel welcoming, considered and human.
If I can help someone find even a small moment of calm, connection or clarity, I am creating the kind of space that first helped me.
Welcome as you are
I believe there is no one way to take part. I share clear information and have direct conversations so you can choose what feels comfortable.
Thoughtful details
From a prepared room to sensory-aware planning, I treat practical details as part of the experience—not an afterthought.
Local connection
I have built Whispering Willow Moon around Liverpool, its local venues and the conversations I have with the people I welcome.
